In Gwalior, a medical businessman was hit by two builders to the tune of Rs 1 crore 47 lakh. The incident is of Manik Vilash Colony of University Police Station area. Nine years passed but neither the building was constructed nor they got the possession. When the distressed victims pressed for refund of their money, one builder fled the city while the other is threatening them. The victim of fraud reached the police station and complained about the matter. Police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim and started searching for the accused.

Praveen Tripathi’s son Ramkishore Tripathi, a resident of Vizia Nagar Chetakpuri, located in the city center of Gwalior, is a medical operator and runs Surya Medical Store. In the year 2014, he met Amit Sharma s/o SK Sharma and Shashibhushan Singh Tomar s/o Krishna Singh Tomar. Amit and Shashibhushan had told the Medical Director that they were constructing a building in Manik Vilas Colony and they could take a flat in it. On which he refused to take the flat, but when he liked a hall in the building and talked about it, the deal for the hall was fixed for Rs 1.47 crore and the Medical Director paid the full amount along with the advance.

Even after nine years, that building could not be completed and only its structure is standing. When the building was not completed after a long time, the operator pressed him to return the money, then he kept on saying that nowadays and handed over a check of one crore rupees to him.

Now when the victim deposited the checks in the bank, the checks bounced and meanwhile a builder Amit Sharma along with his family fled from the city overnight. When the operator pressurized Shashibhushan to return his money from the other builder, he on the contrary started threatening him. At the same time, it has been learned that the accused have cheated many people like him and many people are still worried about the flat.

On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case of cheating against both the builders and started investigation.
