Sagar police has arrested three members of the gang who printed fake notes and used them in the market. Fake notes worth more than 32 thousand have been recovered from the possession of the accused. These fake notes include 100, 500 and 50 rupee notes. The arrested accused in the case are being interrogated by the police regarding their network. Along with this, it is being ascertained that where the accused have spent the fake notes so far.

According to the police, two members of the gang involved in printing fake notes were nabbed from Sanjay Drive. After questioning, raided the house at Krishnaganj and seized fake notes of 500, 100 and 50 and the paper and printer used to print them. In the action, 32 notes of 500-500, 136 of 100-100 and 62 fake notes of 50-50 rupees have been seized from the possession of the gang members.

In the interrogation of Motinagar police station, the accused Ahad and Subhan told that they had learned how to print fake notes by watching videos on social media. After which he himself planned to make fake notes. Rashid, a resident of Shanichari Bajaria, also participated in the planning. After which he took a rented room in Shanichari. He bought a printer, 80 gsm paper and started printing fake notes. Not to be caught, so he used to print mostly 500, 100 and 50 notes. 2000 note was difficult to spend in the market. So they did not take the risk of printing this note. The accused had printed fake notes of about 50 thousand rupees. Out of which the police have seized fake notes of Rs 32 thousand 700. Information is being collected regarding the remaining notes. The police is probing the external network of Ahad, Subhan and Rashid.
When he ran away after seeing the police, he was caught.
According to the Motinagar police station, on the information of the informer, the suspects were cordoned off at Sanjay Drive. Seeing the police, the suspicious youths tried to run away. But the policemen chased them and took them into custody. Both were brought to the police station and interrogated. In which he told his name to be Ahad Raine, age 26, resident of Tulsinagar Ward, Subhan Raine, age 25, resident of Katra.

After questioning him, the police raided a house at Krishnaganj Bajaria intersection late on Friday night and took Rashid Khan into custody from there. Fake notes and paper were seized from him. The police have seized fake notes of 500, 100 and 50 rupees 32700 from the three youths caught in the case. Motinagar police station is interrogating the accused. There is a possibility of disclosure of a big gang in the inquiry.
