Airport Express will start in Bhopal from Monday.
Airport Express will run in the capital Bhopal from today, Monday. For the convenience of the passengers going to and from the airport, 2 buses are being run, which will make 7-7 trips from both the sides. The bus will cover the distance in 1 hour 10 minutes. It will also stop at 12 stops in between. These buses will cover Hoshangabad Road, MP Nagar, New Market and Old City. It will be of 30 kilometers per round. Whose fare will be around 45 rupees.
The first bus from Misrod will start at 5.20 am, while at the airport it will start at 8.15 am. Buses are scheduled keeping in view the flights. The bus will reach the airport an hour and a half before the flight takes off, while the bus will leave after the flight lands. Cameras, AC, curtains etc. are fitted in the buses.
This will be the schedule of running of buses.
New Route-106 made
At present, a total of 368 buses are running on 23 routes in Bhopal. BCLL has made new Route-106, on which two buses are being run in the first phase.
Airport Express will pass through here
The Airport Express running between Misrod-Airport will stop at 12 places. Starting from Misrod, it will reach Lalghati via Ashima Mall, RRL, Ganesh Mandir, Rani Kamalapati Railway Station, Board Office, PEB Square, Jaypee Hospital, New Market, Polytechnic Square, Kamla Park, VIP Road and then to the airport. The stops of buses plying between the airport and Misrod will also remain the same.

Fare same as normal buses
The fare of both these buses will also be normal. The fare will be around 45 rupees. If the same journey is done by taxi, then about 500 rupees have to be paid by the passenger. The distance from the airport to Misrod is 30 kms. Buses are being run through the bus operator Maa Associate.
Airport Express will run between Misrod and the airport. During this, it will also pass through VIC Road.
