Shri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir Committee of Barwani City has put up a new notice board regarding men and women in the temple premises. It is written on it that ‘No woman and girl will come to the temple premises wearing jeans, skirts, tops and torn clothes.

Temple committee member Mahesh Joshi told that this is being done because women, girls and children along with men reach the Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple to visit. The temple has its own dignity, which we all should follow, that is why the temple committee has made new rules and regulations. The women devotees who come to the temple also believe that any woman or girl who comes to worship in the temple should come to the temple premises only wearing decent clothes.
