Ladli Bahna Utsav: Amidst song-music and Deepotsav in Rewa, the Chief Minister sent 1 thousand rupees online to the sisters’ account

Ladli Bahna festival was celebrated in Rewa district from the city to the rural areas. MP Janardan Mishra and former minister and Rewa MLA Rajendra Shukla felicitated the women benefited from the scheme during the function organized at the town hall of Rewa Municipal Corporation. The main function was organized in Jabalpur.

In the state level programme, live telecast of CM’s speech in the name of sisters was done. The CM transferred an amount of one thousand rupees to the accounts of more than 3 lakh 94 thousand sisters of the district through a single click. CM has sent money to the accounts of the sisters in Rewa amidst song-music and Deepotsav.

Beneficiary women including Nani Speaker Venkatesh Pandey, Collector Pratibha Pal, Corporator Sanskriti Jain, Zip CEO Saurabh Sonawane, Superintendent Engineer Shailendra Shukla, Deputy Commissioner Rupali Dwivedi, District Program Officer Pratibha Pandey, Assistant Director Ashish Dwivedi were present in the program.

MP Mishra said that women should make good use of the amount received from Ladli Bahna Yojana. Use it for children’s education, medicine and other minor needs. This amount should not be misused under any circumstances. Former minister Shukla said that today is a historic day for dear sisters, with the launch of this scheme, the day they were waiting for has come.
