According to the police, complainant Kamalabai husband Moolchand Ahirwar, age 45, resident of Bara, reached the police post Bara on Friday and complained. It was told in the complaint that the family of Jeth Ramkishan Ahirwar does not allow his family to fill water from Shamlati well. For which there is a dispute between them. On Friday, when she went to fill water at the well, brother-in-law Ramkishan Ahirwar, his son Hanumat Ahirwar, daughter Lalliwai and Meera Ahirwar started abusing her.

Then the son of the complainant Suresh reached the spot and refused to abuse. Talked about connecting the people of the village. On this, accused Ramkishan came with an axe, Hanumat rod and Lalliwai and Meera Ahirwar sticks in hand and surrounded Suresh and started fighting. When Kamlabai reached to save seeing the fight, the accused also beat her up. Suresh’s son Moolchand Ahirwar resident Bara died due to serious injuries in the fight with ax and sticks. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police registered a case under other sections including murder and took it under investigation.

Only then the police got information from the informer that the accused were in the process of fleeing to Delhi via Pathariya, Gadhakota, Makronia Sagar. In such a situation, police teams reached the bus stand and railway station. Meanwhile, while waiting for the train at Sagar railway station, the accused Ramkishan Ahirwar, Hanumat Ahirwar, Lalliwai Ahirwar and Meera Ahirwar all residents of Bara were caught by the police. After catching the accused, the police took them to Banda police station. Where the accused have accepted their crime during interrogation.
