New Delhi. Silver prices on Thursday declined by Rs 214 to Rs 72,444 per kg in the futures market as speculators reduced positions amid weak demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the contract for July delivery declined by Rs 214, or 0.29 per cent, to Rs 72,444 per kg. There was a turnover of 15,142 lots.
Globally, silver declined by 0.51 per cent to USD 23.78 an ounce in New York.
