Truck full of beer overturned: driver died, accident happened due to steering failure

A beer-laden truck overturned on a four-lane highway near Patara village under Subhashpura police station area in Shivpuri district. The driver died in this accident. The cleaner has minor injuries. Subhashpura police station has sent the dead body for postmortem and started investigating the accident.

According to the information, the truck was going towards Agra by filling beer from Bhopal, in the meantime, at around 5:00 am on Saturday morning near Patara village, the truck fell victim to an accident due to steering failure and overturned on the roadside. The truck was completely damaged as well as the beer filled in the truck spilled all over. In this accident, Nitesh Sharma’s son Manoj Sharma, a resident of Kanpur, died on the spot at the age of 24 years.

Along with this, Dhiraj Sharma, son of driver Nitesh’s aunt, Ramkumar Sharma, aged 18, has suffered minor injuries. Subhashpura police station in-charge Sunil Rajput told that the police had reached the spot immediately after getting the information. Due to which the goods loaded in the truck could not be stolen. The investigation into the accident has been started by sending the dead body for postmortem.
