Mumbai Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh stayed under water for 14 hours for a sequence in her upcoming film ‘I Love You’.

Rakul Preet Singh said, in the film I Love You, I needed a special kind of thinking to deeply understand the emotions of the story. And I also did a month of rigorous preparation to really connect with it. Jahan Edenwala was the instructor for the underwater sequence. Rakul Preet Singh said, The biggest challenge to shoot the underwater sequence was that I was in the water from 2 in the afternoon till 4 in the morning and I was wet the whole day and the water was very cold. They were pouring hot water on me after every shot, so that my body would not get too cold. Of course, the chlorine in the water is burning your eyes and that is also a challenge but I really enjoyed the challenge as it helped me push myself a lot.
