With regard to the procedures for his trial, now that the indictment against Trump is issued, it is expected that the US Secret Service will meet today, Friday, with the former president’s employees and the secret service officers assigned to him.

Before the hearing scheduled for next Tuesday, the Secret Service will assess any potential threats to the federal courthouse in Miami and its surrounding areas, and will develop a security plan with court officers.

It is unlikely – according to legal experts – that Trump’s hands will be handcuffed or his photos taken, but his fingerprints will be taken.

After completing his arrest papers, he will be considered under arrest and detention, and after processing the papers, his trial will begin by hearing the charges against him.
