Watch.. the moment the Russian Navy destroyed Ukrainian drone boats in the Black Sea

Russian media published a video clip showing the moment the Russian Navy destroyed what it said were Ukrainian drone boats that tried yesterday, Wednesday, to attack a Russian reconnaissance ship in the Black Sea.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the Russian warship “Ivan Khors” was unsuccessfully attacked by 3 Ukrainian drone boats in the Black Sea as it approached the Bosphorus Strait.

A spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov, announced that the Russian reconnaissance ship of the Russian Navy was protecting the “Turk Stream” and “Blue Stream” gas pipelines, which transport gas from Russia to Turkey partially through the Black Sea, and that it continued to perform its duties after the attack.

Konashenkov confirmed the destruction of all the drone boats that attacked the ship, 140 km northeast of the Bosphorus.

This attack is reminiscent of similar operations that targeted military installations and sites, either deep inside or outside Russian territory since the beginning of Russia’s war on Ukraine in February 2022.
